Our Vision
The vision of our organization is to create a society where women and children have equal rights and opportunities, free from discrimination and violence. This includes addressing issues such as gender inequality, gender-based violence, access to education, healthcare, and economic empowerment for women and children.
Challenges & Opportunities
Typically our organization face challenges such as deep-rooted societal norms and attitudes that perpetuate gender inequality, lack of access to resources and services for women and children, and limited awareness and understanding of the issues. Additionally, there may be resistance to change from those who benefit from the existing power structures.
There is a growing global movement towards gender equality and empowerment of women and girls, providing an opportunity for the organization to collaborate with other like-minded organizations, government, and international bodies to further our mission. There is also an increasing recognition of the importance of including women in decision-making processes across all sectors, which can create opportunities for advocacy and policy change.

Programme aspirations

SUSTAIN Cameroon aims to provide education and resources to women and children on their rights, access to healthcare, education, and economic opportunities. We strive and aspire to advocate for policy changes that promote gender equality, raise awareness on issues affecting women and children, and provide support services for survivors of gender-based violence. Additionally, we aim to empower women and girls to become leaders in their communities and advocate for their own rights and those of others. Through our interventions and programs, our organization hopes to create lasting change and contribute to a more equitable and just society for all.
